Complaints

This complaint form is made available with the aim of offering citizens better service and guidance on how best to approach and lodge a complaint against the performance of a veterinary surgeon. Details of the complainant, the person complained about and an explanation of the incident are required.

Once filled in, the form may be emailed to secretaria@icoval.org if the person lodging the complaint has a digital signature. If not, the complaint form should be printed, signed and sent by mail to the Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios (Official College of Veterinary Surgeons) at Rambla de Méndez Núñez, 38, 03002 Alicante.

If you have any tests which have been performed on the pet involved you are advised to attach them to the complaint form so as to better elucidate what happened. The evidence may also be sent to the secretary of the Colegio via email or postal mail.
